We quote every Farmington trip individually, so you only pay for what your group needs. The price depends on:

• Vehicle size. A Sprinter van and a 55-passenger motor coach are priced very differently.
• Trip length and distance. There is a 3-hour minimum rental, and tolls on non-airport routes are included in the fare.
• Date and season. The Farmington Fair in September, UMF commencement and event weekends, winter ski weekends and wedding season book up first.
• Overnight stays. Multi-day trips are priced by the day.

To reserve a vehicle we take a 50% deposit in advance. Cancel with one month’s notice and you receive a full refund. For peak dates, ask for your quote as soon as the date is set.
